The insurance plan offered includes major medical, life and dental insurance and vision discounts in a comprehensive policy. The benefits apply anywhere in the United States. Details are included in your insurance enrollment forms.



Vacation benefits include one week paid vacation the first year of employment, two weeks the second year and thereafter. Employees are also allowed three days paid medical leave. Paid Holidays each year are:

After the first full year of employment, our employees are eligible to participate in 4-SERV's profit sharing plan. 4-SERV will contribute up to 10% of the employee's salary per year depending on the standing of the company. Vesting period is five years.



4-Serv, besides offering consulting services, develops and markets software for its clients. Employees are eligible for a commission for participation in the sale of 4-SERV's products.



We at 4-Serv are dedicated to broadening our employee's knowledge base in the data processing industry. This benefits the company in servicing our customers and increases the employee's marketability and career prospects. Our training approach is product based. This means we purchase products related to many DP subjects where available. Assignments are then distributed to members who in turn passes their knowledge through reports and/or courses. Educational budgets are allocated and these vary depending upon seniority. Some employees are also sent to special training classes outside of the office.



Here at 4-Serv we have a casual and friendly environment. The dress code is casual except on the days of client meetings and other formal affairs. Our employees can enjoy flexible hours as long as they complete forty hours per week and keep up with their assignments. There is a subsidized canteen for snacks and drinks. We also arrange for various social activities for our employees like company picnics, parties, games etc. We are an environment friendly company and encourage active recycling programs.
